After Covid hit in 2020, we realized that poverty and homelessness were increasing at an astronomical rate as businesses downsized, pivoted, and just plain closed down. The State Employment offices were severely overloaded and parents were struggling to afford the basic necessities and childcare, while keeping a roof over their family’s head. We set about changing this as everyone should have a bright future. 
Our mission is to create second chances, new beginnings, and provide a helping hand where it is needed most.
Sometimes all that is needed is someone to take a chance on them and lend a hand to help them step onto the right path. Show them that they have the ability to change their life and support them along their journey.
By breaking the cycles and helping those in need now our communities will benefit in the future.
We actively network with employers and set up training and workshops to assist with skill building and give individuals hands-on experience. 
The Brighter Future Organization is about establishing connections in the community and connecting those in need with the skills, experience, and tools they need to get started on a new and brighter path.
For those who dream of owning their own business, The Brighter Future Organization offers supplies, equipment, administrative assistance, and guidance. Our mentors partner with individuals and help them make their dreams a reality.
